Customer Service management is a technique that helps businesses when it comes to dealing with their sales prospects and customers. This method can improve there relationship and interaction with the consumers and may involve technology which they can use to automate, organize and synchronize the processes in the business. These include the activities that are related to sales as well as marketing, technical support and customer service.

The main goal here is to find new customers that they can retain.
